REACTOR Katowice is a social and artistic project, which this year is accompanied Ogólnopolskiemu Interpretations Directing Art Festival. Marcin Musialik: Despite santa and cole a long, turbulent and full reimbursement process of reaching the final shape of the project can be said that the idea is the essence of our more than two years of operations. I always dreamed to be able to do something for theater niche from Silesia. When we arrived at the idea of the Theatre of the District, I immediately proceeded to action. REACTOR Katowice gave us the opportunity to deal with the organization of events loud, true bearing of us real help young theater groups, in which resides the amazing potential.
MM: We hope so, we even dream! We want the theater district permanently santa and cole inscribed in the theatrical map of Katowice, our agglomeration and preferably the entire Polish. For more than two years of activity we saw hundreds of performances, of which the majority are proposals amateur theaters, alternative and fringe. These people santa and cole have a passion, to shop and have a problem - lack of viewer. The potential that lies in these groups can not break through the glass ceiling marketing, creating the image and offer institutional theaters.
Berry stole Theatre district is a project that can be successfully carried out in many cities. These people - passionate - they do not need the big scenes! Every day preparing their productions in classrooms, homes and other places that are not necessarily associated with the theater. Not preclude ago to what they do, was at a high level. That is why we hope that our project and other similar projects are appearing more and more often!
AD: You already after the first installment of the series - what are the first impressions and reactions szopienickiej audience? Do you actually managed to encourage residents to come? Do you were making some special promotional activities in the same neighborhoods?
JS: First impressions are overflowing with optimism! The cycle began Makoma Theatre, with the show Purchase Idiots. Our greatest fear related to the organization of the event was just the audience. We were afraid not only of the reaction, the more its absence. Fortunately, September 11 Salk Parish of the Evangelical Church in Katowice Szopienice was deserted. Participants did not disappoint either during the workshop, as well as the performance itself.

MM: The first key was geography. REACTOR Katowice, in which we create this project, community activities that focus on the city.
