Maintenance of PCN Milestones he williams lighting in SAP and update he williams lighting customer feedback. Responsible to maintain he williams lighting PCN Library (sample requirements, customer forms). Managing he williams lighting PCN Feedback Email Box. Interface & alignment between Account Manager, CQM and customer (PPAP, he williams lighting DRBFM, customer specific testing and reporting etc). Communicate with Sample Center for sample tracking. Responsible to understand operational issue highlighted by user and provide 1st level support to resolve the issue and keep operation running smoothly. Define containment/ collective/ preventive action to resolve the operational issue. Maintain & upkeep system process document. Provide training to end user. Ad-hoc support for system related issues.   Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Economics, he williams lighting Business Management, Commerce or equivalent. 1-2 years of working experience. Preferably with working experience in SAP system & Business Intelligence system. Possess Positive attitude and Proactive. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
